OFSP Workshop in collaboration with the University of São Paulo

OFSP partners Carola Strassner, Susanne Bügel, Johannes Kahl and Pieter Dagnelie held a workshop on “Sustainable food systems and diets in South America with special focus on Brazil and taking organic as a model” in collaboration with members of the University of São Paulo.
The aim of the workshop was to share ideas, knowledge and information between food system experts from various perspectives, with the special focus on how
OFSP can contribute to activities making the Brazilian and South American food system more sustainable. As an outcome of the workshop a joint discussion paper on this topic is planned.
