OFSP partner Dr. Wahyudi David presented at Bali Summer Course II

Dr. David gave lecture about organic food system and sustainable consumption. He describes organic rice standard for production and processing and its relation to sustainable consumption. Student learns the integrated food system from production, processing and consumption. BSC is annual course which offered by Warmadewa University and Sustainable Agriculture Food and Energy Network (SAFE –Network). BSC II has been attended by 20 undergraduate students from Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. The participants of this course was selected from students of various universities in SAFE Network member countries in Asia Pacific.
