Join Dipl.-Ing. Kirsten Buchecker from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences as she presents key findings from the ReformBIO project, funded by the German Federal Organic Farming Programme with an aim to achieve a 30 % sugar reduction and Nutri‑Score A in organic fruit yoghurts.
With 30 years of experience in food technology, sensory science, and children’s health, Kirsten will discuss the technical and sensory challenges overcome in this product group .
