Flavio Paoletti is senior scientist at the Research centre for food and nutrition (Centro di ricerca per gli alimenti e la nutrizione) of the Council for Agricultural Research and Economics – CREA (Consiglio per la Ricerca in Agricoltura e l’Analisi dell’Economia Agraria) in Rome (Italy). He has over 20 years of experience on the study of the nutritional and organoleptic quality of organic food, mainly fruit and vegetable. On this topic, Flavio has been responsible for coordination of national projects and participated in European projects. He is author and co-author of peer reviewed papers and presentations at national and international congresses. Flavio Paoletti is co-founder of the Italian Network for the Research in Organic Farming, member of the scientific committee of the Italian Technology Platform on Organic Farming, and of the international network “Food Quality and Health”.
