Dr. Julie Louise Munk Andersen, Postdoc at the Danish Cancer Institute, will be presenting on the topic: “Is organic food consumption associated with the risk of developing non-communicable diseases?”

This talk will provide an introduction to the latest research findings on the potential health impacts of organic food consumption, with a special focus on research investigating associations with the risk of cancer, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease in the Danish Diet, Cancer and Health cohort.
